Mission

Berkat Madinah was established in 2008 as a wholesale & retail company specialising in middle eastern products, with an Islamic background and approach to the Malaysian market, equipped with an open-minded and future-looking management/owners team our mission was to rebuild the Berkat Madinah brand to be able to grow with the company and differentiate it in the market while maintaining the core of the brand as an Arabic & Islamic oriented brand.

Outcome

With the collaboration with the upper management in Berkat Madinah, we were able to revamp and breathe new life into the brand. While maintaining the core of the brand but still modernising it to be more approachable and welcoming, keeping its authenticity of it while making it more modern and digitally friendly, and building a road for the brand to grow beyond the typical family-run business image while bringing on all the internal stakeholders.

Impact

Today Berkat Madinah is one of the biggest Middle-eastern food suppliers in Malaysia, with more than 4 outlets and an annual trading value of more than RM10 Million. The brand grow with the business and was utilised as a guide for the company’s internal culture and external communication methods and channels.
